I want to get eyes on the back of my neck or head but I cant make up my mind if I should just get one eye or two and if I should make it look real or more traditional.

I would say no this type of tattoo is old and used up. How about one big eye on the center of your chest then make it an entire chest piece.

I think it would be pretty sick to have eyes on the tops of your hands.I think the back of head or neck is kinda old and no good anymore
