Sacred Heart

I want to get a sacred heart on my chest but I dont want it to be a cookie cutter template like everyone has. I would like to make it a little more personal but still keep the traditional look to it. Any suggestions?

have one side of the heart be just the traditional type and the other half look like a real heart with the valves and have a eye that looks half cartoony and the other half like a real eye and that will look pretty trippy

You can put somone's name in the heart or around the heart like your wife or kids or parents names. Then you can change the design a little to incorporate the names.

I think it would be cool if you had the valves on your heart to make it look more realistic

Put an eyeball in the middle of the heart

Have one side of the heart look like its frozen or made from concrete and the other on fire or bright red with blood dripping from it.
