I disagree. Some of the cutest tatts are small. Artist just be mad they have to set up, waste a needle, and a drop of ink, but wanna charge $60 or more! But they be cute! Tell me, GUYS, you didn't think that tiny heart on her bikini line wasn't sexy and hot as hell?! CUT THE CRAP! Lol
