If you really want the colors to set in your skin and look exactly like how it did the first day you should just become a vampire for a few months and dont let that part of your skin see the light of day.Total pain in the ass but its worth it.

You can move to Alaska in the winter and you wont even see the damn sun

I would wear sleeves in the summer if it meant protecting my lifetime investment. Some people just dont get the concept that its going to be on your body forver.

After you have healed up will putting sunscreen on your tattoo help to slow the fading?

No the sun is too powerful. Sunscreen keeps you from burning but the sun will fade your tattoo no matter what you SPF you have

Thats why you should get a tattoo on the inside of your arm so the sun doesnt hit it that often

I dont think getting SPF 100 will do anything because anything over SPF 20 isnt protecting you any better.
