Question: May be off subject, but I was tatooed a few years back, and next to my tattoo, (full black ink) it looks as if there is a bruise under the skin. not within the tattoo, but off to the side. It is really weird. I was wondering if anyone knew what it was and how I can make it go away, iF it will ever go away? Is this a direct result from bad tattooing? Or what?

Are you sure that its not shading?
