That always works for me too.

I tip off my experience. If your rushed, and being rude, your lucky if I throw you an extra 20. But if I love my experience and the guy was good, took his time, and he paid attention to the detail and all that good stuff, I've been known to throw a couple 100's. That's why I had a regular artist for the longest till I moved away from him.
