unevenness is caused from an inexperienced artist. They don't know how to control there line, they are not refilling their ink as often as they should, and they just haven't had enough experience with keeping the skin taut when doing line work.

Uneven tattoos are hilarious but easily fixed

I always notice when people get wing tattoos a lot of them arent even. There are a lot of tattoos that are not symmetrical and they just walk around in public with it looking all weird
