Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, got a memorial tattoo for her deceased mother on the night of what would have been Whitney’s 49th birthday.

Bobbi and her boyfriend Nick Gordon went to a local Atlanta tattoo parlor called Inksomnia and both got matching “WH” tattoos, according to RadarOnline.com.

After getting tattooed, Bobbi tweeted a picture of the tattoos along with birthday wishes to her mother.

“Tat tat tatted YURP.. ;) now your truly ALWAYS with us mommy (: we love you @nickdgordon always&forever{<3}http://t.co/B2SDOrQ2”

The tattoo session was supposedly filmed for an episode of Bobbi’s upcoming reality show, The Houston Chronicles.

Brown recently made her acting debut in actor-director Tyler Perry's TBS series "For Better Or Worse" in July. "She's such an actor. I'm so proud of her. I'm telling you, as far as she wants to go in the business, she can," Perry told The Hollywood Reporter following Brown's appearance on the show.

Brown’s last tweet was a direct message to her mom: “I’ll never let you go.”
