Look at Kelly Osbournes new HEAD tattoo

Everybody's got a story, and Kelly Osbourne just got a tattoo of hers — right on the side of her head.

On Sunday, the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne showed off her fresh ink and tweeted an apology to her parents.

It's hard to imagine her heavily tattooed rocker dad and music-manager mom would have much of a problem with her new "Stories…" tattoo. And despite saying sorry, the 29-year-old doesn't appear to have any regrets.
