People get a little crazy when it comes to their football teams; they go to great depths to show their devotion for their team.  Some fans are showing their support by tattooing the team logo permanently on their bodies.

In Carmichael, near the Sacramento area, Fat Cat Tattoo Parlor’s tattoo artist Tommy Garcia is offering $49 49ers tattoos!

"Normally if you came in, a tattoo like this would cost $200 dollars," Garcia said.

According to AbcLocal.go.com, Yvette Montoya decided to get the 49ers tattoo as a gift from her daughter.

The $49 49ers tattoo deal is becoming a traditional thing.

“It's not the first time Fat Cat Tattoo has run this offer. Last year they had it, beginning just two days before the NFC championship game and had 30 takers. This time, they have almost two weeks,” reported AbcLocal.go.com.

These tattoos are not only for this specific game, but to some this team is their life and they are willing to tattoo it on them as a statement that will last a lifetime.

"It's not about one game, it's my whole life," one fan said.

To a fan like Brian Rea, wearing a hat or a jersey was just not good enough; he wanted to tattoo the logo onto his forearm.

"No, you got to go all the way," he said.
