Justin Bieber's Tattoo of Roman Numeral Is Shrouded in Mystery 

Justin Bieber has the media talking about what his new tattoo could possibly mean and so far no one has figured the mystery out.

According to HuffingtonPost.com, Justin posted a picture on his Instagram account where you can see the numerals I, IX, VII and V -- 1, 9, 7, and 5 correspondingly on his right collarbone, a suspected effort to translate 1975.

The meaning of the tattoo is a mystery at this point, just speculations.

E! Online reported that music producer Jamal Rashid, also known as Mally Mall, got the same artwork on the inside of his arm.  He wrote under the image of the two, “Great Minds Think Alike @justinbieber 1975”.  On Mall's Twitter page, HuffingtonPost.com found some proof that the two artists are working together, so perhaps the partnership can explain the puzzling number combo.
